Porto

An old fashioned tram takes you to the coast in Porto. It's very hilly, therefore it's best to stick to the river Douro when walking through the city. The central station is beautifully tiled. We took the train to Braga, a quaint university town with nice little garden cafes. The wines along the Douro are amazing with a huge variety of grapes.
